Letter from Hong Kong - #5

Today some "walking around photos". When Jenny is busy with Sister and I'm left to my own devices, I like to get out and walk around and take pictures. When we travel Jenny takes hundreds of pictures, but in Hong Kong she rarely take a picture. When we turn a corner in Hong Kong and I see a "shutterfly moment" she see home!

Okay so I'm a little obsessed with the MTR but check it out. Pretty nice, eh? Of course this is off peak travel time so I was able to take the picture without anyone in it.That doesn't happen often.

Old c1940's building that are fast but surely disappearing! This picture was taken in Sham Shui Po.

What looks like a cruise ship docked in the middle of a shopping area is really a shopping mall built in the shape of a ship. This was done in recognition of the history of the Wampoa Dry Dock located at this site many years ago.

The Stern of the ship. Unfortunately with the construction you cannot see all of it.

Shot from the Promenade in the Hung Hom area.
Not many people in the Hung Hom area of the Promenade. In Tsim Sha Tsui there is so many more tourist.
